The fourth workshop is for my hyper-mobile folks - we’re going to take a high-level deep dive, covering what you need to know without getting into the weeds.


Here is some of what we'll cover over about 30-45 minutes with plenty of time at the end for relevant questions and answers.


  • What is hyper-mobility?

  • How can I be hyper-mobile but not flexible?

  • What is the relationship between connective tissue, collagen, muscle, and joint stability?

  • How can hyper-mobility impact body mechanics?

  • How can I safely improve body mechanics/posture?

  • What kind of movement should I avoid?

  • How else can I manage muscle and tissue pain from hyper-mobility?
