The first workshop is all about the "basics" of health and fitness when the way we look isn't the primary goal. Nothing grinds my gears more than health and fitness information that is - at best - setting people up to feel like they've failed or - at worst - setting them up for serious injury.


Here is some of what I'll cover over about 30-45 minutes


  • Deconstructing my relationship with my body in my 30s and figuring out what health and wellbeing really mean to me

  • Busting some of the primary health and fitness myths

    • Learn about health versus fitness related goals

    • Learn about the importance of nuance, balance, and variety
