Exercise is complicated.

 

Even many traditional physical therapy exercises are still too advanced for hypermobile people, requiring a level of stability, alignment, and body awareness we don't naturally posses. This can exacerbate existing muscle imbalances making us feel worse than before we started.

 

And most workout programs aren't truly designed for beginners much less hypermobile beginners who need to move slowly, safely, and methodically.

 

This program is different. 

This isn't a set of exercises that will magically fix things by going through the motions for 30-minutes a few times a week.

 

This is an interactive program that combines education and exercise so you can better understand how to keep yourself properly stabilized and aligned during beginner exercise and daily life.
