I'm an anti-diet, neurodiversity, & disability-affirming certified health & fitness professional who's also AuDHD and hypermobile. I specialize in hypermobile movement, working with others who are also neurodivergent, hypermobile, and/or living with invisible and dynamic disabilities, and chronic illness.
