Service Description
Safely build strength to maintain muscle mass, stabilize joints, and reduce general aches and pains. Intermediate experience required movement session with options for modifications, assists, and progressions. Recommended equipment: resistance bands with barbel and/or handles, thigh loop bands, 2 furniture sliders. These group sessions are more collaborative than you may be used to in a traditional class setting. We're going to move together, but we're going to talk about how to do it together, too! These aren't aesthetically smooth sessions; we move slowly and methodically for your safety, with room for questions and shared experiences. We'll spend the first 10 minutes running through the moves. I'll demonstrate and briefly explain breathing and form alignment so you feel more confident and prepared before we begin. I'll also give you some suggestions for ways to modify or assist the moves. And of course, questions are always welcomed. Movement sessions will last about 30 minutes, and then we'll leave a few minutes at the end for any follow up questions. I can’t wait to see you!
