Service Description
Workout with other Bendy Bautie Buddies! Safely build stability with targeted movements for hypermobile bodies. No experience or equipment required movement session with options for modifications, assists, and progressions. Recommended equipment options: foam roller and/or half foam roller, full size exercise ball, yoga blocks, pillows/bolsters, 2 furniture sliders, set of lightweight Therabands Session schedule First 10 minutes: Session Overview with Brief Exercise Demonstrations 30 minutes: Session 5 minutes: Q&A Sample Session: - Relaxed > activated > engaged diaphragm breathing - Supine pelvic tucks - Lateral breathing > add glute activation - Push-pull - Prone shoulder activation > engagement - Prone isometric narrow leg extension - Prone isometric wide leg extension - Seated external shoulder rotation
